Fertility Services

Trying for a baby? When the mind and body are in balance we create the optimum environment for conception to occur. Fertility Reflexology, Hypnotherapy or a combination of both treatments can be used to help women (and their partners) achieve optimum levels of reproductive health. If you are going though IVF / ICSI treatment or similar, both techniques can also be used safely to support and increase the possibility of a healthy conception and viable pregnancy. Having experienced challenges in conceiving the first of my two children, I am well-placed to support you on this journey and fully understand the emotional impact and wider implications of not being able to get pregnant as quickly as you would like.

Treatments for Fertility & Assisted Conception
1 hour Fertility Reflexology Session – £45.00
1 hour ‘Hypnotherapy for Fertility’  – £60.00 (includes Hypnotherapy CD)
90 min Combined Fertility Reflexology & Hypnotherapy – £68.00 (includes Hypnotherapy CD)

Treatment Packages for Fertility & Assisted Conception
4 x 1 hour Fertility Reflexology Treatment Package – £165
4 x 1 hour ‘Hypnotherapy for Fertility’ Package – £225 (includes Hypnotherapy CD)
4 x 90 min Fertility Reflexology & Hypnotherapy Package – £255 (includes Hypnotherapy CD)

Fertility Reflexology is wonderful for clearing the nerve and energy pathways and gently guides the body into a state of balance necessary for conception. Treatments are focused on rebalancing the central nervous system, improving blood flow to the uterus, clearing toxicity and ensuring that all endocrine (hormonal) glands are communicating effectively. Sessions are deeply relaxing and also help to lower anxiety.

Hypnotherapy for Fertility helps create the best possible environment, both mentally and physically, for conception to occur. How? When anxiety goes up, the body tends to focus solely on its own survival and therefore miscarriage can occur early or conception is prevented in the first place. Stress reducing techniques that calm the central nervous system are therefore always beneficial in promoting optimum fertility. Hypnotherapy can be effective in many ways. By providing positivity, relaxation, support, education, and a focus for better dietary and lifestyle choices, Hypnotherapy for Fertility gets your mind and body working together to achieve the same goal – a healthy, viable pregnancy.

(Please note: As with IVF and all other therapeutic interventions, there is no guarantee that treatment will definitely lead to conception.)

Undoubtedly the most calm, exhilarating, beautiful birth (not to mention one of the shortest) I’ve attended so far as a birth doula. I plan to suggest it to all my upcoming clients.
